The workshop communicates the basic principles of the assessment of quality of the evidence of studies and the effect of the quality on the grade of evidence. As a device for the grading of evidence, special software was developed: the Grade-Profiler. During the workshop the GRADE-Concept is presented by (German-speaking) executive members of the international working group, and practiced with examples and if applicable by the participants' own material.
